If you find yourself vacationing or working in Las Vegas sometime in 2010 make sure to hit Cathouse a burlesque style restaurant located at the end of the strip in the Luxor. CatHouse combines a world-class restaurant, orchestrated by Chef Kerry Simon, with an upscale lounge, creating a seductive nightlife venue. The decor of the restaurant alone makes it worth going to.

The menu is full of interesting bites that will surprise you, like pigs in a blanket! or my personal favorite s'mores. The presentation of the s'mores dish is so fun (you can really toast your own marshmallows over a little fire!) brought me back to summer 09 cottaging.  Oh, and I almost forgot the tuna tartar with lime chips is also to die for...I could on, but the Cathouse Menu link is below, so check that out.

I would recommend ordering a array of app's and saving room for lots of amazing desserts. Like I said my favorite was the s'mores, that is a must order,  they even had banana flavored cotton candy!  Make sure to go see a show after dinner to get the whole Vegas nightlife experience.
